Anti Smoking Ads on Jakarta Bus Windows

With more than 60 millions people smoking in this country, Indonesia has been known to be one of the countries with smoker population. Its ranked on the 1st position for smoker population around the world.

The situation has made the government worried.

They have tried many ways to curb the increase of the smokers, especially youth ones by agrresive campaign to raise public consciousness about the danger of smoking.

One of the way, quite unique, is by putting an advertisement on the window of public transportation, like buses in Jakarta.

Not sure how many people are made aware about what smoking can do to health, besides Indonesians are known to be quite stubborn in this case, but definitely there are some people who decide to quit from the bad habit because of this. Bu, I don't know how many.
