Anyer Beach -Not A Million Dollar Beach

ANYER beach is a name of one popular tourist destination on the West part of Java Island. It is located in Banten province, not too far from the Merak ferry port.

It is not a too white sand beaches like you find in Bali but the beaches are quite nice for anyone who feel bored with traffic jam in nearest cities.

It needs only two hours driving from Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. That makes Anyer beach are often a target for people from Jakarta to escape from the Indonesia's most crowded city.

People visiting Anyer beach usually stay for a night at the nearest accomodation. As a tourist destination, Anyer beach is full with hotels and hostels. Cheap or expensive is your choice.

What people do in Anyer Beach?

Well, there are quite a lot activities you can do here, a beach activities

You can just relax seeing tide or playing something such as

Riding a "banana" boat.

A little adventure inside a wood fisherman boat

Seeing a view from the air by parasailing

Having a massage by a local old lady while drinking fresh coconut water

Of course do not forget to get wet... You have to. That's the purpose of going to beaches.

Or, if you don't enjoy such activities, you can just do a more mundane thing, like I do.

Taking pictures of them who have fun. It is not as mundane as many people thought. It is interesting.

At least, by doing that, I can show you Anyer beach, that is not a million dollar one but many people have lots of fun memory about it.
