Is it Correct? Green Mean "Go", Yellow "Slow Down", And Red "Stop"
Sorry to ask this silly question, but I do need your favour to solve this case.
Is it traffic lights in your country?
Don't misunderstand. I don't have a meaning to underestimate your country and say that your country is a very under developed natin.
I just want to know something.
I believe, the traffic light, in your country of course, mostly have 3 lights in it, am I correct? Based on my knowledge, and also experience of traveling overseas, there should be Green, Yellow, and Red lamp in a traffic light.
Again, I found it quite easy to understand, Green means "You can go", Yellow is for "Slow down your vehicle", and the last, Red ia for "Stop".
Correct me if I am wrong.
I have travelled to at least 14 different countries and, even though I am Indonesian, I didn't have any difficulties to interprete the meaning of each color overseas. I just do what I usually do in Indonesia when I see the light and everything is fine.
However, when I am in My own country, Indonesia, there is a bit strange feeling. I feel like I am in the middle of nowhere.
Seeing what Indonesian riders or drivers do daily shows me that there is possibility of another meaning of the Green, Yellow, and Red.
There should be.
The above picture shows my point.
The red light was on. But, why did the riders didn't stop?
So, there should be another meaning.
I believe that.
That's why I asked you if your country has traffic lights. You may be able to help me, just in case, your country has the same interpretation of the traffic light three colors.
Will you help me?
Please?
